My Portfolio
Over the years, I have created tons of documentation on various systems and have also developed specialized training for staff development. I do enjoy developing training modules, more than I enjoy working on servers.
My Experience with various authoring systems has allowed me to create a diverse portfolio. I do find that Snag-It and Camtasia are the best tools to work with when creating training manuals and online training. Flash is also an excellent tool to use for interactive training modules.
